How do i upgrade my roknavmenu? I cant delete the old one

- I want to upgrade my roknavmenu. What i did was i went to components and by mistake i actually deleted the component named roknavmenu. I needed to delete the com_roknavmenubundle. How can i first get the first roknavmenu back and how can i update my roknavmenu at all?
