Hi to all and sorry for what most of you will find to be a trivial question,
Happy to be back and using Joomla for my next site, just downloaded the new Hybrid template which looks great. I use the Dominator template on my other website.
However, as rookie as this sounds, I can't seem to find the file I need to select to install the new Hybrid template onto my Joomla admin area. I'm also a bit confused between Hyrbid Bundle and Hybrid Standalone ... which one should I be using?
A friend did this step for me on my other site, so this is why I'm stuck this time around.

If your site already has content and the Gantry component then you need the Standalone version. You can see the details here - www.rockettheme.com/joomla-downloads/club/1688-hybrid

Hi David,
Thanks for your kind response. If I'm honest, I don't know if I already have gantry or not ... I only registered the domain earlier this week, so there is no content on there at the moment.
I have downloaded the Hybrid Bundle, but don't know what exactly it is I need to Browse for and Select to install on my Joomla admin area.
Ami I going round in circles?

I have downloaded the Hybrid Bundle but can't find the file below that I am instructed to install by the Installation PDF:
rt_hybrid_j15-bundle.tar.gz
Any helpers, thanks a bunch!

Hi Henry,
When you downloaded the bundle version it may end .zip and not.tar.gz
To install just go to Joomla admin > Extensions > Install/Uninstall and then browse to the file you downloaded. Click on upload and install. Once that has completed you go to Extensions > Template Manager and select the template then click on 'Default' at top right to make this your default template.
If you are new to Joomla and RocketThemes then I would suggest you set up a sub-domain and use the RocketLauncher version to create a copy of the demo site. That way you can browse the content to see how various elements are achieved.

Hi David,
I must really be doing something wrong! When I click on Download for the Hybrid Bundle, it downloads a folder containing many other folders and files. None of which contain a rt_hybrid_j15-bundle.zip
I have also tried with the Hybrid RocketLauncher (as I would like to use this ... I remember finding this useful with the Dominator template).
This is driving me nuts!

PS. I'm using a Mac, is this why?

Thanks for this. Well this has now enabled me to download the RocketLauncher file as a .zip
However, I get this error message as I try and upload:
Error! Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package.
