Actually that are not scripts.
That are css-classes. You will find references for this in the css-files that are coming with your template.

.rt-joomla this indicates just more or less where the overrides in Joomla begin.
You will find it in the default.php files in in the html-folder of your template like in com_content etc.
It is used in 30 or 40 files I guess ...
It's more of a structural thing ... I would not change unless you know what you are doing.
