CB password length

Is there a way to shorten the minimum CB login password length to less than 6 digits?
Our org has 4 digit financial passwords for our intranet and it would save us a lot of hassle if we could let our users use the same pw to access private info on our joomla site?

- Here is the modified files, Please inspect them and test throughly as I only did a quick test. It now accepts a minimum of 4 characters. Just overwrite the two files in the root/components/com_comprofiler/ with the ones attached below. Youi can use a good diff tool to see what I changed.
