Versatility template errors on Joomla

Hi,
Very strange but i made this little change of adding HTML <title> tag on the index.php page and suddenly the site started giving me this error as pasted below. I am pretty sure it is related to this template as when i tried the default template of Joomla it works fine. Also, i did not do anything new like adding components, etc to have caused this changed. I checked the files and they are also in the versatility template directory so not sure what is causing this.
