You can read here www.joomla.org/component/content/article/5252.html that a release candidate of joomla 1.6 is expected by the end of 2010
Have the Rockettheme team planned to make their templates and extensions compatible with joomla 1.6 ?
If yes, when approximately ?
I'm asking because I may then wait a little bit to develop a website.

I believe that all RT templates will be ported once there is a stable release, but of course, it will take some time, as mentioned in the posts I linked.
