Copyright Question for RT Team (XML header) [SOLVED!]

Hi Rocket Theme team,
regarding the terms & conditions statement that says "You must also not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the xml descriptor file", does it mean that:
a) I must keep the original information inside the copyright tag but I'm allowed to modify the tags name, creation date, author, author email, author url, and license
or it means that
b) I can NOT modify ANY of these tags?
I mean, I'm using the template as a base-structure to all the modifications and customizations that I've made so far, so, can I put my name in the Author tag, URL, etc?
Any information about this is appreciated.

- You can put your name, but also leave RocketTheme info too.

You should only need to change <name> and <filename>
Name for the template name that will be used and filename for the names of the files to be installed.
I would not think to edit anything else.
Do not edit any details referring to Rocket Theme etc...
Im sure there is a list somewhere but there is no real need to edit the thngs that you are not suppose to anyways
