I'm sorry i appreciate the last mont the support, was improved and all you moderator are very polite and professional...but THIS I CANt allow from a moderator.....PLUS him look only the 1st pic so dont see the problem and talked for nothing and loose time.

martin has been a moderator for a while and is known amongst the team and many members as a very knowledgable and helpful moderator. he has never refused to help a member with their issues.
i have read through the threads and i can't see anything wrong in the way he replied to you.
he never gave a rude reply, he experienced an issue while trying to check your site and mentioned it to you so you can check with your host if certain IP's may be blocked for your site.
maybe you know, that we moderators come from many different countries and it happens to us sometimes, that certain moderators can not access certain sites, while other moderators are able to open and see them just fine. in any way we inform our members when we find an issue like that, so they can check with their hosts. while i was in egypt i frequently had that happen to me, i could not open a site, but most or all of the other moderators had no problems.
if people can see your site from egypt, thailand, italy and france, it can still have an issue when viewed from czech republic which is where martin lives. he told you so you can check, he never said you are crazy or anything like that. if martin says he has a problem there, then i am 100% sure that it really is what happened for him and i am unsure why you would feel offended.
he has been trying to help with your original problem, the hidden modules, then a bit later you mentioned an error message, so he searched the forum for you and posted a link to a thread where the exact same error message was being discussed and a solution provided. even if that thread has jreviews written in the title, it does not mean that jreviews has been causing the issue, the error message clearly relates to gantry, so you may want to continue reading the whole topic and try the solution, no matter if you have jreviews installed on your site or not.
if you still need help with any of your threads, let us know and other mods can check your site.

Than, my isp dont block nobody, is an Italian host, we dont have issue whit nobody, and.......as you can see him can dowload whit no problem my site!

in original discussion I wrote that I could not access your site. After 5 minutes I checked again and it was accessible. But there were more than one post between original problem and I simply forgot what was original question. So when I saw that your site is accessible again I tough that it is OK and you do not have problem any more.
I do not see this as such a big problem. When you wrote that your original post was unanswered I tried and I am still trying to help as much as I can. And so far you see that your problems are not related to template. They are all caused by way you added content and other modules.
Regarding site access....I really could not open your site from 2 different locations...from work and from home. So there had to be some problem. - I am here to help you. But do not forget to write all information - joomla version and if possible link to your problem. No PM´s unless requested!!
If you send access info in PM, write also link to your site and link to forum thread!!!

I just want to jump in about the access to site issue. As I am typing this to you, I as a moderator do not have access to demo.rockettheme.com but YOU do. The reason why is the demo.rockettheme.com server for some reason didn't like my routers IP address when I was accessing the site and has firewalled me. Rather than contact support I did an end around and I now have access again.
Second, I just recently moved from a hosting provider who had extreme security on their firewalls. So I would be developing a site, than lose access, have to call them up and have them remove my blacklisted IP address from my OWN account.
So I don't find it surprising at all that Martins IP address could've been blacklisted by a firewall protocol at your host's server.
As for your access log file "23/Nov/2010:13:16:11" this converts to early morning where the Dallas server for Rockettheme recorded Martins reply to you that prior to this date he was not able to access your site.
Obviously on Nov.23 he was able to access your site as he was looking at it to help diagnose your issue.
