  • Editing Template Parameter Painfully Slow in IE

    • The title says it all. Anyone have issues with IE 8 when editing the template parameters within Joomla? It works OK, but it is INCREDIBLY slow. I experience this on many different computers all running IE 8. I don't seem to have issues with Google Chrome. It allows me to edit w/o issue. FireFox does OK, a little lag here and there but no where near IE 8.

      Just wondering if anyone else experiences the same. Its no biggie because I'm not partial to any browser. I had just noticed there was a big difference in responsiveness in IE.

    • the j-script-engine of ie8 is just very old and slow ...
      just use a good browser instead ...
