Looking for the most suitable template for community!

    • Hi there,

      I have to develop a website community-oriented and event-oriented.

      There should be:
      - front-end access for the several 'editors' to contribute to the content,
      - also a forum,
      - a member area with a way to present each member (if possible more detailed than what we usually find on forum profiles),
      - maybe a listings feature (such as services offered or requested)

a/ Can anyone recommend any specific rockettheme (for joomla) template that would be particularly adapted to these purposes?

      or

b/ does the template not really matter as what would matters would only be the extensions added? In this case which extensions would you recommend?

Thanks a lot for your comments and advice!
      Carine

    • SolarSentinel is good
Crystalline is good, and has the colour chosen as well.
I like the idea of 'wrapping' the forum into the website, makes the user feel less like they have left the site
