Need help - How to uninstall RocNavMenu - Uninstall went bad

Just trying to upgrade to the newest version of NavMenu but i followed the instructions - mod_roknavmenu-2.7.zip
I think i had version 2.4 on it..
Uninstalled it then installed it and started out with major errors - can't give you any of them as spent last 20 min trying to delete things it tells me is already there.. (Joomla tells me that some files already existe but can't install it so i delete them - them it tell me a whole new set of files that already exist. Need ANY HELP
How do i delete EVERYTHING FOR THIS MOD..
then do a clean install
My site is currently BROKEN - due to the uninstall not working the way it should.. NEED ANY HELP.. can't belive no one can help me on this.. You would think that ROCKETTHEME would help.. Wan't to get my new site up.. but my site is currently broken with out the MOD installed..
Can' any Admin please help me...

i have brefly read the post..
I don't have resent Akeeba backup.. for a mod - for a component i do that..
this mod isn't right..
I need a list of all the files i need to DELETE - now can this be so difficult..

I don't have a list.
As mentioned in the other posts, running the install will give you a list of what to delete.
You may have to do this more than once as the list stops after a certain amount of errors.
But, by following the install / delete procedure, as the other members have, you should get to the point where everything is deleted and the install will run. - Thanks,

Well Kat is the HERO on this..
I had to delete stuff in my Database..

Ya she save me.. now on to the next error..
Does she devel for rockettheme or just a person like u and me (ok not me I know nothing)
