how to delete boxes in zephyr template

Hi
now had i installed zephyr rocketlauncer, now i want to delete som boxes on this site http://linkservers.dk/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=46&Itemid=53
imean in the left site can you see a box with this name system requiments and that box under
how can i delete them ?

we don't answer template-specific questions here in "General Discussion" because its for "General Discussion"
... please post in the zephyr forum ...
(but you should go the to the module manager and disable the module in question!)
