Rockettheme WordPress templates don't work

I can't get any RocketTheme WordPress themes to work correctly. Is there a WordPress area in the forum? I can't find it.
I originally posted a question about the Feedwordpress plugin not working correctly with Mynxx - I've since discovered that it doesn't work with any themes except MixxMagg (which I don't like). I use Feedwordpress extensively, so this is a serious problem (I don't get a Read More button on syndicated posts so there's no way to go to the article).
Also I've found that none of the Gantry themes work correctly. I get a generic-looking site when I activate one of these themes (yes, I do have the Gantry plugin activated).
It's frustrating that the folks at Rockettheme were more than happy to take my money, but now don't offer any kind of support. I'm on the verge of asking for my money back, but I'm trying this first.
If any of you can help, I'll greatly appreciate it.

Hi froomb,
You need a Wordpress Club Subscription to have access to the Wordpress Downloads and to the Wordpress Forums.
You have a Joomla membership. If you are trying to install Joomla templates on Wordpress, then no, they won't work. If you downloaded templates from a pirate site, anywhere but from RocketTheme, then there is a good chance they are corrupted.
If you are using Novus or Afterburner, then you can post questions in the GPL forum .
But please don't scream about demanding money back when you haven't paid for or had access to the resources here yet.
