    • Hello,

      i am considering re registering to RocketTheme as a few of the templates offer elements that i like but what i want is the option to include a blog with the option to receive comments.


      can you tell me if any of these templates offer this option or equally any plugins that may do this.

      thank you for your assistance and hopefully i can reregister.

    • i am using Joomla and looked at Wordpress, but prefer using Joomla.

      wasnt sure how i get the blogging function working with joomla so that comments can be made, like the wordpress blogging function.

      Have looked at a plugin called wordpress for Joomla, wasnt sure how this would link it with Rockettheme templates.

      Also wondered if any Rockettheme templates contain blogging options?

    • Wordpress for Joomla is way too much if you're just setting up a blog. All Joomla Templates have blogging options, it's up to you what you do with them.

      Create a Section Called Blog, then In your categories set those up as your blog categories.

      For comments, I normally use an extension called JComments you can find it for free at extensions.joomla.org

    • Mostly not, for example. Jcomments or k2 need some special theming.
      You can install it and then use firebug to see what layers of css code you need to add to jcomments for example to make it fit your design.
