Form or Questionnaire?

  • Form or Questionnaire?

Posted 14 years 4 months ago
    • Hello RT Community! I would like to know how or with what this form / questionnaire was built.

      www.abacuscc.org/abacus/abacus_credit_counseling.php
(Just put in sample info to get through a couple of pages-nothing specific is required)

I would like to use the same type / company / software / whatever it is on my site. Anyone know how to find out what was used or know of something similar I can use?

Thanks as always for your support!

    • Another example would be a tax return website. Namely www.taxact.com . Basically you go through pages and pages of info and questions as it simultaneously does the math. I know this sounds pretty complicated, but I'm assuming there is something out there to help. Any advice is appreciated! :D

    • What you need is some type of form / survey software with branching.

I don't think you can recreate this with a native Joomla component, although you could try with several different Joomla components, e.g., RS!Form ( www.rsjoomla.com/joomla-components/rsform.html ) or create your own with Fabric ( extensions.joomla.org/extensions/contact...-feedback/forms/1659 ).

One option would be to use non-Joomla software such as Survey Monkey (or something similar) and then wrap it in a page.

In any case, the type of Form / Questionnaire that you have provided links to requires branching.
    • Thanks,
