Hello RT Community! I would like to know how or with what this form / questionnaire was built.

(Just put in sample info to get through a couple of pages-nothing specific is required)
I would like to use the same type / company / software / whatever it is on my site. Anyone know how to find out what was used or know of something similar I can use?

Another example would be a tax return website. Namely
www.taxact.com
. Basically you go through pages and pages of info and questions as it simultaneously does the math. I know this sounds pretty complicated, but I'm assuming there is something out there to help. Any advice is appreciated!

What you need is some type of form / survey software with branching.
I don't think you can recreate this with a native Joomla component, although you could try with several different Joomla components, e.g., RS!Form ( www.rsjoomla.com/joomla-components/rsform.html ) or create your own with Fabric ( extensions.joomla.org/extensions/contact...-feedback/forms/1659 ).
One option would be to use non-Joomla software such as Survey Monkey (or something similar) and then wrap it in a page.
In any case, the type of Form / Questionnaire that you have provided links to requires branching. - Thanks,

I have used RS!Forms and like it. They have added Multi-page to their latest iteration of the software and it works well.
I have tried Phil Taylor's forms package but found it tedious to get fields laid out how I wanted, though I think this was just me not Phil Taylor's product.
I am redesigning the forms at my Website - homestaynetwork.com.au/forms/homestay-application.html and homestaynetwork.com.au/forms/host-application.html because they look messy and don't use the current version of RS!Forms.
