Hi Jem,
Thanks for your reply.
I plan on resubscribing, I have 2 more pages I need to do. However, please not that I could have EASILY downloaded your templates from piratebay and got them without paying the 50 USD. However, I noticed that you guys are doing a great job on support and your products are also great and wanted to pay the 50 USD to support you guys. As an example I can't remember the last time I paid for a CD, Movie or a copy of photoshop.
Anyway, it seems to me that your comment was a little out of line. I am (or was) a paying customer and you moved my comment to a board that I no longer have subscription for. I have a full time job and can only spend about 4-5 hrs a week on this site (and am a complete newb). Your subscription understanding of 2-3 months for slow newb "developers" like me is a little unfair but hey, no complaints.
A) Yes, you can get the templates from warez sites, but you 1) don't know how they have changed the code or if the files are infected with some virus / trojan 2) If you are illegally D/Ling the template, you still don't have access to the template specific forums when you have a question. And yes, we are doing a great job on support for current members.
The cost of a subscription (as noted in the post I linked) is far lower than you would expect to pay for 1-2 hours of a developers time.
As I said, Arifin has replied, and I moved your post to the proper forum according to the forum rules.
Honestly, I don't see how this is wrong or 'out of line'.
I can't find one company on the net the offers perpetual support or works for free.
