WP crash: Can't login to Dashboard,wget.php error

Wordpress crash I was switching themes to Terran Tribune and now I can't login into WprdPress control panel.
All I need is to log into WP control Panel and switch themes.
If I cannot. Is there a way to do it through cpanel.... that is manually modify a file?

Girls.... get a hold of this.
I go into cpanel. Go to the wordpress theme(Terran Tribune) file and delete it.... lock-stock-and-all.
And.... zippo.....I can log back into WP dashboard and reinstall themes.
Weird.
