Archive not showing comments

- Does anyone know how to show and allow comments on the Archive pages. I am using the Refraction Theme with WP so I don't know if any other Themes have this problem. I have not found a setting for this so I am assuming I need to write code which I don't know how to do. PLEASE HELP! www.cristfamilymusic.com is my website
