Read More not working for me.

I have created an article and put a small image at the beginning, then some text, then a "Read More"The some more text.

I am using "mod_newsflash" module on the home page to bring up this article but there is no "Read More" button. Man I know this is basic stuff and I am going to get the stink eye, but I am not seeing it in the demos.

- I figured out that I did not tic the radio button "Show READ MORE button" in the module options for the Newsflash module.
