    rtl not displaying right on IE

      rtl not displaying right on IE
      i am getting an horizontal bar on the bottom of the browser
      breslevers.co.il/index_test.php ?


      i have install other template of rockettheme and i get the same result
      also if i press the compatibility view button on ie the template is adjusting well

      roknavemenu 2.9
