Successful demo installation but cant log in to backend

Hi Guys,
I have just installed the Zephyr theme with demo content but can't log in to my joomla backend.
I followed instructions on creating database + user, deleted installation folder and the site is loading fine.
I keep getting incorrect usr & pass when i try to log it.
This is my first demo installation - and ive tried all combinations of user and password i can think of that I entered during setup.
Any help is much appreciated

Remember that the user name and pass for your Joomla site may differ from the DB details and the default user name for Joomla is 'admin'. - Thanks,
