    • Henning is "the man!" I didn't think of that!

      heh,

easy to replicate. Probably you have enabled "only zoom text" in the Firefox display menu ...
... and zoomed the text. Simply disable that ...

Actually no. Not only do I not use that option, I'm also not zooming. The size is set to default.

And doing what I mentioned above would override what you're describing (I know because I do it on my site)

    • My guess is font rendering is just different enough on my desktop that the text ends up being a tad too large for its block, so it wraps onto a second line. I suppose you could also make that block slightly wider and get the same result.

P.S. I can still spend time on this trivial thing because my support requests still aren't resolved. Aren't you lucky?

    • I can enlarge the area by holding-down the ctrl key and using the center mouse wheel. This replicates the issue for me! I don't know why I didn't think of that! But like I said, Henning is "The Man!"

    • Yes, now that it can be easily reproduced, you should fix it so it doesn't happen at all :cheesy: Again, the nowrap thing would work.

    • It's a browser issue and not a Template issue.

    • holy crap... did I just read that right?

From now on, when someone has a formatting problem on my sites that only shows up in IE, I'm going to tell them "It's your browser's fault, not mine" and point them to this thread.
