strange problem on rtl mode

hi dear Rocketeers
i have a strange problem on rtl mode...
i install Joomla_RT_Dominion_j15 with the sample data on my website and on my xampp
in xampp every thing is fine.
but on my website i am getting a scroll on the buttom of the page which is making problem to rokbox to open
this problame is only on IE8, on FF it is fine.

i have also intall rt_gantry_j15-3.1.5-rocketlauncher on my website and its the same problem (and also the main menu on the header disappeared)

so its noting to do with the template itself
any idea what makes the diffrent? and how can iget the right apperens on my site?
