Slideshow fails validation

I'm using RT Slideshow on my site which works fine but fails the W3C HTML validation test.
It gives the unencoded ampersand error due to the &'s in the URL.
All my other URLs on the site pass (ie menus, read more links etc). Can anyone advise me how I can fix this?

Hmm... if i recall correctly the links are manually entered right?
If so, why don't you install Artio JoomSEF, then use the SEF url's in your slideshow links. Will do wonders for your SERP's too.
