delete joomla, rockettheme remains and problems with error

So I was using Filezilla and selected all items.
Next step: delete all.
However, in the administrator, components and templates folder are some Rockettheme files like Gantry, the template itself etc.. These files just wont delete!
It gives a message that I do not have the permission.
It is very annoying, because it's rubbish now since all other files are actually deleted.

- You probably need to be an admin on the server so you should ask your webhost. The same thing happens on the server i am using¨. It doesn't really matter though, if you are going to reinstall.

I am having problems with an error that shows when you click on the template to edit in template manager:
Warning: file_put_contents(/domains/********/********/templates/rt_panacea_j15/custom/gantry_version) [function.file-put-contents]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /domains/********/********/components/com_gantry/core/gantryini.class.php on line 124
I noticed on Google that you have answered 2 of those questions already by giving FTP access.
Of course, you are allowed to help me out with that too, but I just don't get it.
Have installed the newest Gantry version (3.1.
and Diagnostic Status shows no errors.
Also, I have given permissions to all folders that are shown in the system info > directory permissions
I dont know where this error is coming from.
Can you help me? (or somebody else of course)
