Front Page Blog Layout - 2 columns

I am using the Grunge theme, and cannot get the Front Page Blog layout to show in 2 columns. Are articles are showing as 1 column, even though I have set the columns to "2".
In Main Menu/ Home I have set the following settings:
Parameters (Basic):
# Leading: 0
# Intro: 4
# Columns: 2
# Links: 0
What am I missing?

- Does anyone know why the Grunge theme will not display 2 columns in the Front Page blog layout?....If I switch to another theme....the 2 columns seem to display fine.

- I have the same problem using k2 in any rok theme. cant get 2 columns I really need 2 k2 and a rok theme to get all the flexibility that my client expects. Any answers???

- So does this mean that its a rocket theme issue or a Joomla Issue we are three Joomla version up from 1.5.20. Has anyone tried 1.5.23? to see if this is fixed. I guess Ill have to try it. Ill let you know.

Yeah it happens in both default and rocket themes. some K2 Joomla Issue sux. I did roll back my installation it looked different but still was a mess. Havent tried the latest release yet. anyone else?
