FacileForms - Replacement or recommendation

Hey Guys,
Can anyone recommend an extension/plugin that would have similar functionality as FacileForms (for modern Joomla 1.5).
Looking for something similar to Facile Forms, have to be able to specify 3-7 screens of editable fields, at the end of which an email is generated.
Please do NOT suggest any type of eCart as an alternative...it would not work (for many reasons in my case).

Im actually using Breezing Forms which is formally facileforms...they have a new quickmode layout that I have found really easy to get to work, drag and drop pages, ordering etc. Check out their videos again if its a while since you used facile...
You can also export easily from one site to another...so i created a form on one site that i needed exactly the same on another three, it was pretty easy to export and import to the new site, change an email address and whamo!!, everything works...
they have also J1.6 ready,... - Black & White must be making a come back
