Rockettheme to Build ACL for Joomla 1.5

The majority of users wishing to switch their sites over to Joomla 1.6 are only doing so because of the new ACL features. Joomla 1.6 is causing many headaches with templates, extensions etc. therefore how about Rockettheme the world leaders in Joomla templates help us with this sticky situation and build a world class ACL component for Joomla 1.5? There are currently no good ACL components out there except one or two which cost the earth and are just not worth the money.
Please vote and let's see if we can get the team onboard!

It's a nice thought but it seems like the Rocket team would have to use too many resources to make it happen when they could be working on themes, etc. I just don't see the payoff for RT.
I happen to like JUGA and it doesn't cost "the earth" I think it's around 25 to download.
