    Am getting extra code in text box html?

    • I am finding this code popping up in my text box code.

      <p><br mce_bogus="1"></p>

      Anyone have any idea what it is? And is it problematic?

    • Crap code like that comes from the TinyMCE editor Joomla is using. You are better off with editors such as RokPad, JCE or JoomlaFCK.
    • Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.

    • Hello studio673,

      Well prim is correct, there are a lot better editors out there, but if you are not intrested in changing your editor, you can click on the HTML button, find this code, and simply delete it.

    • Thank you both for the response. Funny thing is I have not seen this until just recently. I will start to use Rokpad I think. The issue with deleting it is that it comes right back. Strange!
