    • Hi Forum,

      I just downloaded Maelstrom for Joomla. I am wondering how to get started with the install? I .zip'ed the file and tried to upload and am getting an error saying it cannot find the Joomla XML Setup file?

      Please advise. Much thanks.

    • I've tried both the root bundle labeled .... "rt_maelstrom_j16-bundle"

      and also the file labeled... "rt_maelstrom_j16"

      those seemed to be the most logical ones to zip and upload but neither worked.

    • First make sure that the tgz/zip file is untouched by the browser.

      After that, try installing the Gantry framework first and then the template.

      I have a similar problem.
      I have a clean Joomla 1.6 install, but when i try to upload the rt_malestrom_J16-bundle.zip I just get a "Error uploading File" message.

    • Could be a server setting. Can you check anything that relates to maximum file, upload and memory size in php.ini and report back?

    • Seems it was related to PHP file upload size - which needed to be increased.
