    1.6 Template Conversion Question

    • I apologize if I have missed this somewhere, but I haven't been able to find a precise answer in these forums.

      How far back do you plan on converting templates? As in, will you convert every single template to 1.6, or is there a set # of templates that will not be converted?

    • The simple answer is the templates will be converted in reverse order, the newest to the oldest.

      But that doesn't mean, at this point, that EVERY template will be converted.

      Which template are you referring to specifically?

    • I have used, and probably will use again, a few templates from 2008 (i.e. vertigo, hivemind). That's probably as far back as I'd be interested in. Some people would like to upgrade to 1.6 eventually, and I'm trying to get an idea whether to tell them that I'll build them a new site, or that they'll be able to use the same one if they wait for an update.
