php and apc upgrade

- In thre recent tradition of upgrades on the rockettheme.com server, i've upgraded PHP to 4.4.2 and APC to 3.0.10. Also optimized APC a little so hopefully this will address a few nagging issues that have shown up over the past few weeks.

- For those that care, i've also upgraded to latest Apache version 2.0.55 and APC 3.0.11-CVS

Actually APC 3.0.11-CVS did not help the situation, i've moved to eAccelerator and i think at last I have a stable solution!
