RokStories trouble, and general widget placement on WP

Hello All...
Trying to help out a friend with his WP site... hateburn.com/
He would like RokStories to only appear on the homepage. I'm sure there is a simple fix, but out of all the R&D I've done, I must not be looking in the right places.
My latest attempt was to use the plugin "Widget Logic", and it seems to not want to work for one reason or another (at least not with Zephyr).
In addition, I cannot seem to widgets or modules to line up from left to right. Such as the Copyright widget and placing the Font Sizer and Scroll-To-Top plugin on either side of the Copyright itself. Also, placing the Search plugin and Date plugin in the Utility widget side by side. Everything is listing in a column fashion, one below the other. - Last Edit: 12 years 2 months ago by Matt.
