    • Hi, I have been using Joomla and RT for a couple years now and I need some assistance on improving my SEO. I use 1and1.com which by default uses php4 so I add the script in my .htaccess file to use php5. I have done that without the default htaccess.txt file that comes with joomla. That I believe has caused me to not be able to correctly use SEF. I have drifted from trying which I now believe has been a long term error. I have been using a free sitemap generator that only shows 50 t0 100 urls's typically - not good huh....so basically I am looking for suggestions on this subject area. I realize it's a tad OT...but RT has been a great help to my business and I trust this community....I assume everyone uses SEF - so should I be adding the php script to the default .htaccess file? Should I use xmap or similar to create my sitemap? Thanks for the help in advance!
