mod_archive module causing error 404

I know this is probably a question for the Joomla forum, but not getting too much help over there after 3 days. So I thought I would ask here.
I have turned on search engine friendly URL's and the entire site works fine except for when I click on an archive article on the blog page. Can someone tell me why this is happening?
