I'm very disappointed with your user support response time.!
As paid customers, don't we deserve better response time?
So far I paid for 5 renewals and hopefully I didn't need any help because I always managed to solve any issues by myself.

I asked for help 9 days ago. I spent time to take snapshots, write issue, create test site for you. (I'm developing stuff on my local server)
I've spent months by modifying one website so that all components reflects Crystalline template Color Chooser logic, just to realize that (for me) Color Chooser it doesn't work in IE9.
On your demo site Color Chooser work OK with IE9
On my website Color Chooser doesn't work with IE9. Its your default rt_crystalline_j15-rocketlauncher template installation, without any modifications or components added.
So it must be a some catch.
Without your support I cannot solve this one, so should I just scrap my work and choose different template? Yeah I could do and say good bye to my wasted time.
Call me annoying customer, but in IT business when someone don't respond to client call within couple working days, client goes away.
