Panacea Template issues with IE9

Hello!
Please could you be so kind and help me with Panacea compatibility issue. My customer called me this week that site has issues while opening in IE9 64bit on Win7. It seems that some pictures want load. Similar issues happens in IE8 64 bit with menus they load verticaly instead horizontaly. I don't have idea what to do because it seems that issue is somehow connected with IE9 64 bit and IE8 64 bit. The site is working as it should in FF 3.6 FF4, IE6, Opera and Safari browsers. Please could you help me?

Hi,
i have the same problem.
The new Internetexplorer 9 32-bit-version.
Images on the frontpage dont load (footer).
On every other page the pictures will be load.

- First i thought it was an issue with colour profiles such as sRGB but you say that the images shows up fine on other pages. This makes me think it's a JavaScript conflict. Have you tried turning off Smartload in the template settings?

Hi,
if i use smartload-off, everything looks fine.
It is a bug of ie 9 or can you make a update for the template.
It will be nice to use smartload with ie9.

still waiting for solution...
i see that the demo template demo.rockettheme.com/?template=panacea is also not supported in IE9
please fix the issue or provide "template-ie9.css" for rt-panacea
