SOLVED how to move a site from mamp to a godaddy site

Is there a place with instructions on how to move a site from mamp on my mac to a godaddy site to make it live? I followed the direction for installing it on my mac so I could edit the site but now I don't know how to move it from my local computer to the live godaddy site. I was hoping there was a way to zip it all back up with install like the rocketlauncher.
