No official word yet if it will be a free extension or club extension.
But as the blog post says, it will be included in the next release for J1.5 and J1.6 (RLs and extension packages, I assume).
I really can't speculate how it will work with other templates, or how it will be released in standalone version ATM. - Thanks,
