    • Before I have my say, there's no malice involved, RT is awesome and I have to take my cap off to Andy and the dev team for supplying a cracking product, I've been a member on and off for the last three or so years and due to a family problem I've not been a member for about a year, having been back as a member since last week I have to say the level of support here is no-where near as good as it was before I went away, many forums have unanswered posts which one year ago was a rarity and there seems to be long delays if you're lucky enough to get a question answered.

      As I said just my initial thoughts and no malicious intent meant to anyone, just want RT to say on top.

      I know it is the top priority for RT to stay top of the support as best as we can.
