Rockettheme abd Gantry website problem : how did you solve i

Hi.
A few minutes ago both Rockettheme and Gantry Framework websites were giving the following error :
"Database error : Unable to connect to the database :could not connect to MySQL" ( pics attached ).
Was this a routine update period or not ? If not, how did you solve it ? Can you please tell me ? Because my website ( blade-pc.com ) has the same problem for two months now and I can not solve it.

The sites were taken off line temporarily, it was just some routine maintenance.
We knew about it, we planned for it, we expected that error to show for just a few minutes, now all is back to normal.
But, RT runs and maintains its own dedicated servers...
To answer your question, I will assume you are hosting with a company, and you are probably on a shared hosting environment.
I recently ran into similar issues, no major changes to the site, no updates or new components installed, etc, etc...
But all of a sudden, at least twice a day, I would receive the same message you are receiving.
For me, and maybe for you too, the solution was to contact the host and let them know what was going on. (no major changes to the site, no updates or new components, twice a day, receive the same message).
Shared hosting tries to allocate resources evenly amongst all the sites on the server, but my ISP discovered another account which was running several resource hungry scripts / applications / components that were robbing the other accounts of their resources.
It took a day or two, but they found the culprit, and since then, I've had no problems. - Thanks,

It all started when Rochen updated PHP 5.2.X to 5.3.X and they say I need to find the scripts that consume too much power. o you know anyone who can help me in this ?

I've spoken to our contacts at Rochen. They have a few bits of advice:
1) For the MySQL error:
It looks like the customer has perhaps changed their MySQL password and now doesn’t have the correct one set in their Joomla / script configuration.
I would advise that the customer –
1. Sets up a new MySQL user through their cPanel
2. Grants the user full permissions over the relevant MySQL database
3. Ensures that the correct MySQL credentials are then set within their script configuration
We also advise that users setup a separate MySQL user and not use their main cPanel login for MySQL authentication. Otherwise, when they change their cPanel password they can often break their site.
If they require further clarification then please request they open a technical support ticket with us via My Rochen at: my.rochen.com . This looks like a simple case of the wrong MySQL connection details being set in their script configuration though.
2) For the reference to the "need to find scripts that consume too much power" comment:
This is likely not related to point 1), and best to contact Rochen again through their ticket system. Also this post might help: my.rochen.com/index.php?fuse=knowledgeba...ticleId=154&public=1
FYI, There are no known issues with Gantry on PHP 5.3 and it infact runs better on 5.3 than it does on 5.2

Yesterday night Rochen suspended my account as my site was trashing other users MySQL databases; I took the site offline and deleted it. I am not sure I will put it online again.
