Nebulae Links ???

I have nebulae up and running but I cannot seem to figure how to change the links in one of the roktabs or if this is even possible.. its the links that state Robots - Projects - Burning man under the front page photoviewer can these be other external links? I really need them to be because i cant do what i want like the top navigation bar link does (see Burning Man 2011 from top - thats how i want it to look when you click that link)
Please help.
