Post like throwing stone in the sea

    • I wonder if this is the style of Rockettheme to leave problem unsolved, if so, why forum?
I have already got 5-6 posts of problem after applying the template; but only one got response... poor after-sales service indeed... plus lacking of templates upgrading to WP 3.2.1 already!

Time to web designer is crucial and if you cannot solve the problem, just say "that is a dead knot and we cannot solve it, so sorry for your purchase" as a least response. then we buy other template providers like Kriesi.at.

    • Hey Hermanntse... I know how you feel. Send Andy a PM to let him know that your problem is not being addressed. As well, I will look at your posts to try and see what the issue is.

    • Wow... I just looked at Kriesi.at and my jaw dropped. I love it. I know RT could do something like that if they wanted to but DAMN that stuff is pretty nice. I don't know about optimization though and doesn't seem to have a practical business use for a lot of their templates.

    • I've reviewed your posts,

I imagine this is the unresolved issue you are referring to?

      www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=38..._v=viewtopic#p684088

For fast support, there are a couple of things you can do, one is always post proper details, this is for Joomla, but the same basic principals apply, www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=15&t=36997&rb_v=viewtopic

How fast you receive support is based on the initial details you provide. If we keep having to ask for details, it only slows down the process (not in this case because you provided screen shots and a link).

However, bumping your own post with additional info if problematic. You updated your original thread with additional info 55 minutes later. On one hand, it's good you added additional information, but by adding a second post, your original post is taken out of the 'unanswered posts' which is where most of us, along with checking topics we are already suscribed to, start the day. Best practice, if you have additional info is to edit the unaswered post, so it remains unanswered, and at the top of the queue.

      This one is unanswered ATM:

      www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=38..._v=viewtopic#p682480

And this one is another member's post which you and Brian are both subscribed to, so when he answers, then you'll know:

      www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=38..._v=viewtopic#p682452

In any case, post like this one, and ones like this:

      www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=47...37441&rb_v=viewtopic

are really not conducive to support…
How in the world can we even begin to assist you? Exactly what is the problem, what's the 'bug', what's the error? And at least, at bare minimum, a link back to the unanswered topic in question.

When a moderator comes across a post like this, you force them to dig through your posts looking for an unresolved issue, which slows down your support, as well as support for the community.

In my reply, I have included links to what I believe are your top three issues.

And, we have asked the WP guys to take a look at the links I provided.

Since the WP guys will have links to your unresolved issues, I'm closing this thread as it's redundant.

      hi there,

nobody needs to send andy a pm. that's what we have the support team for. if an issue does not get addressed in time, you can send me a pm to get attention.

      kat :)
