Cannot download Modulus

I am trying to download Modulus but it tells me: You didn't have the correct subscription to view that page. Please join or renew your membership in the one of the following clubs: Joomla Template Club, Developer Joomla Template Club.
I check my subscription page and my membership is active until 2012 and I have 12 entitlements.
If I try to download another template it allows me...only Modulus is problematic.

For whatever browser you are using, can you log out, clear your cookies and cache, login, and then try to download?
(You could try another browser, too.)
99% of these type of problems have to do with cookies and sessions.
If that doesn't work, you'll need to contact support directly:
