Quantive lost all css and logo customization in addon domain

Hello, I made a backup of my Joomla 1.5 site from public_html and restored it to an addon domain, and strangely the Template lost all customizations I did in the original site, including the css changes, and logo image!
Strangely, the logo image and the css files in the addon domain are correct, but the template seems to "remember" the original state, including the original "quantive" logo!
Does the template detect that this is a duplicate instance, somehow???
My Hosting is Rochen, and my Template is Quantive. Gantry is 3.1.14. I am using Joomla 1.5.23. I used Akeeba to backup the main domain site, and restore it to the addon domain.
The objective with restoring the backup into a addon domain is using this website as Staging Website, in other words, test changes before doing them in the production website.
Please tell me why is Gantry/Quantive having this behavior. Thanks.
