Add Geo Meta Tags to my Joomla site?

I know Google ignores them but Bing uses the Geo Meta Tags, how can I add this to my Zephyr Joomla template? Thanks!

I have a related problem. Google now asks that you verify your ownership of an account before you can submit your site map. I just launched a new site using RT_Clarion in Joomla 2.5. I tried to verify my account and submit the site map to Google.
I put the verification code from Google between the </head> tag and the <body> tag in the main template file.
Is there a better way to get the site verified so I can get Google to index it again?

- there are site verification plugin's. this is what I've used and have had good luck with them
