rockttheme slow down my website

Hello,
I was using reflex theme for my website, but the website was very slow and the website loads slow.
Im now using the default theme beez2 and the website is fast. If I turn back to reflex, the website loads again slow. so now, Im not going to use rockttheme anymore.

- Maybe if you posted a URL a Mod could take a closer look? Might be something simple?

A) Compare your site speed to the Reflex demo and see how they compare.
Try enabling compression and see if that improves things.

C) Without a link, as RedRum stated, it's really hard to say where the problem exists, but best guess would be a shared server that is overloaded or images that are not optimized.

I am having the same problem using reflex from rocket theme and made a few changes but still loading very slow.
