Hi,
Apologies for raising this in the forums, as I have already sent you numerous emails in the past few months regarding this issue, but I am now becoming desperate.
I have always renewed my subscriptions over the past few years and tried to do so recently unsuccessfully. This coincided with me receiving a new debit card, but when I came to pay it was declined by PayPal on your site. You asked me to try different cards, and three additional cards later, all were declined by PayPal, despite these cards been active and legal.
You have kindly checked out the problem your end and the error message relates to the billing address not matching the address registered to the card, which it does as having been confirmed by my bank as of this morning.
I'm only posting in this forum, to see if anyone else has had similar problems and if they managed to rectify the issue.
Any help gratefully received.
