A person claiming to be "Linus Sebastian" created a group on my RT / Jomsocial site and said I didn't have my domain registered on RT or somesuch. Not sure if this is just a fake person trolling or what. Is there somewhere in RT I need to put the domains of the sites running RT themes? Thanks

This is the second recent case of somebody contacting a member and portraying themself as part of RocketTheme.
RocketTheme would never take such unprofessional action. If we had concern over your use of templates we would contact you directly.
There is nowhere to register sites using our themes. You can see all terms of service here - www.rockettheme.com/joomla-club-details#terms
