Hi, I just installed the Panacea template and there is not a Rocket Launcher for Joomla 1.7, so I just did the standard install. Is there a way to install some sample data, so i can figure out where things go

at this time there is no RocketLauncher for the Panacea Joomla 1.7 so there would be no way to get the sample data.
The only thing I would suggest is you can refer to the demo, as well as the template positions and extensions installed:
